Heads up: the county search page times out. Search right away after it opens. If you get "no results" for an address you know is right, refresh the page and search again. To refresh, tap the round arrow (⟳) by the web address, or on a phone, pull the page down from the top and let go.

Search tip: put the house number in the number box and only the street name in the name box, like MARY. Leave off Way, Rd, Lane, the city and the ZIP. Still nothing? Search the street name alone and scroll the list, or use the map link at the top of that page.

County records are updated annually, so a recent sale may still show the previous owner.
